DUTIES

• Update BLM internal science portal website.

• Support national, and western states modeling and analysis of sage grouse.
  

PROJECTS

• Disturbance Footprint Compilation- Developed models in ArcGIS 10.4, and ArcPro 2.2 to automate a process that compiles all land based disturbances in the western USA into a point, polygon, polyline and raster representation. This data was used in a variety of analysis.
  

• Model Sage Grouse Lek Habitat - Developed models in ArcGIS 10.4 for state offices to use in their determination of sage grouse breeding area habitat indicators. The models I established assessed viewshed, proximity of disturbed lands, proximity of tall trees and structures within 3km of Lek point.
